For safety reasons, however, ‘The Canvas Art Gallery’ may store messaging transcript data (including message content, member names, times and dates) arising from the use of ‘The Canvas Art Gallery’ website for a period of six months. Where personal information is held for people who are not yet registered but have taken part in other The Canvas Art Gallery services (e.g. competitions), that information will be held as long as is necessary to ensure that the service is run smoothly. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not store customer payment card details, we only receive confirmation of payment from Stripe. When your order is placed at our website, customer invoice/delivery details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information The Canvas Art Gallery holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
